AI Website Chatbot for Home Service Businesses
They had one question and it was 11pm
A website chatbot that answers what you sell, books the job, and hands off the second it's out of its depth.
What is an AI website chatbot?
An AI website chatbot answers visitors' questions on your site and books the job, day or night. Ours is built around one specific business, not switched on from a generic template. It's trained on what you do, where you work, and what you don't do. It hands off to a person the moment a question outgrows it.
An AI chatbot that works with the software you already run
We connect it to the calendar and job software you already use, so chats and booked jobs land where your crew already looks.

It knows your business, and when to hand off
Catch is our own chat assistant, built for home service pros. It learns your services, your service area, your pricing rules and what you don't do, then answers like the person who'd have picked up the phone. When a visitor needs a human, or types something like "burst pipe", your team hears about it right away.
It learns your business, and you approve what it says.
Hands off the second it hears "talk to a person" or "flooding."
Logs every chat and lead, and sends them to the tools you use.
How we set up your AI chatbot
The Blueprint
Sixty minutes on a call, after we've done our homework. Before we talk, and with your OK, we visit your website the way a customer would and see what happens when they have a question. Then we show you what's slipping away. Want to move faster? A short questionnaire after you book covers the background, so the call goes to fixes. You leave with a written plan, the order we'd build it in, and a fixed price. Free for the first five.
The build
We set Catch up on your website and connect it to the calendar and software you already pay for. Every business is different, so it learns yours: your services, your area, your pricing rules. You test it and approve its answers before a visitor ever sees it.
Switch-on
We turn it on a little at a time, not all at once. We read the first week of chats, fix what it gets wrong, and tune its answers.
We watch it
Nothing we build is left running unwatched. Skip monitors it and alerts us, not you. A chatbot that quietly stops answering could be thousands of dollars lost.
It catches the leads your phone never hears
Plenty of homeowners have a question but don't want a phone call to get the answer, so they leave your site and try the next one. Catch answers them right there, gets their name and number, and books the job. When a question goes past what it knows, it hands them to your team, because the best answer is still a person.
A salesman that never clocks out
It answers the questions people are too shy to call about: pricing, service area, what you do and don't do. Then it asks for the job, with name, number, address and a time on your calendar.
It knows when you're the answer
If a question goes past what you've taught it, or someone just wants a person, Catch says so and hands off. Your team gets a text and email with the details already filled in.
See what your website is missing
Sixty minutes looking at what happens on your website today. You leave with a written plan, the build order, and a fixed price, not an estimate.
AI chatbot FAQs
The questions home service owners ask before putting a chatbot on their website. If yours isn't here, ask us directly.
It's built to say it doesn't know before it guesses, and it only answers from what we give it about you. We test it against the questions you dread before it goes anywhere near your site.
It stops trying. It takes the details, tells the person a human is coming, and passes it to whoever handles that. No looping, and no repeating the same non-answer.
It books. Straight to your calendar, with the questions already asked, so what lands in your day is a real appointment and not a name to chase later.
It's part of a fixed-price build, and you get the number in your Blueprint before you commit. Monitoring is included, so there's no monthly retainer to us.
Skip watches everything we build and alerts us, not you. Things do break. A password changes, or an app updates. What matters is who finds out first, and it shouldn't be you or your customer.
