Acceptance of terms
By using the Pebble Digital website, booking a Blueprint, or buying a service from us, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.
Description of services
Pebble Digital builds lead follow-up systems for remodelers and home service companies. The Blueprint is a free 60-minute session where we look at how leads reach you today and map where they go quiet. The One More Job System is our paid build: fast response to new leads, follow-up on open estimates, and reactivation of past leads and customers. The scope, price, and timeline of any paid work are set out in a written agreement before work starts.
User responsibilities and conduct
You agree to give us accurate information and the access we need to do the work. You are responsible for the messages sent from your accounts, for having permission to contact your leads and customers, and for following the texting, calling, and email rules that apply to your business. You will not use our services for anything unlawful or for spam.
Intellectual property rights
The systems we build for you are set up in your own accounts, and you keep them if we stop working together. Our templates, methods, documentation formats, and website content remain the property of Pebble Digital unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Payment terms
The Blueprint is free. Fees for paid work are listed in your written agreement. Software you use, such as your CRM, phone, or texting platform, is billed to you directly by that provider at their price. Invoices are due on receipt unless your agreement says otherwise, and late payment may pause work.
Limitation of liability
We build and test carefully, but we cannot promise a specific number of leads, jobs, or revenue. To the fullest extent the law allows, Pebble Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the work in question.
Termination
Either side may end paid work as described in your agreement. We may suspend services for a serious breach of these terms. When work ends, the systems in your accounts stay with you.
Governing law
