You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You must provide accurate information. You will not use our services for any illegal purpose. Do not upload malicious code. Do not attempt to breach our systems. The work we do demands honesty. Your conduct must match the integrity of the tools we provide.
Intellectual property rights
All code, workflows, dashboards, and content created by Pebble Media remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payment terms

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in the preceding twelve months. We stand behind our work but we cannot guarantee the uncontrollable.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately for any breach of these terms. You may cancel services according to the cancellation policy in your agreement. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases. The provisions regarding intellectual property and limitation of liability survive termination. All good things end. The rules remain.
Governing law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Idaho. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bonneville County. The law is the law. We settle things close to home.
